Addictive behaviors

Addiction is hard wired into us as a survival tool that would get us coming back to food source and to reproduce even. Those never stopped being used actually, we might think we no longer are led by these impulses but we actually see their impact still. People who have unhealthy relationships with food are an example, dependence to pornography or sex is an other. When we think addictions we usually think of drugs, cigarettes or alcohol but in fact the basic and animal addictions are sex and food.
But how can we get rid of an addiction?

Well addictions never goes away! It is the amount of control we have over it that changes. To put this in to perspective, this is the reason that rehabilitated alcoholics can never drink socially. All that can be done really is to get over the cravings and habituate mind and body to life without. Now how can you know you are addicted to something? Here are a few questions to ask yourself if you think you might be addicted to drugs, medication, stimulants, alcohol or coffee for example. These simply help you figure things out; saying no to all of those does not mean that you don't have an addiction, simply that no test is perfect and every situation of addictive behavior can be different. But here they are and I suggest you answer them with a friend that knows you well enough to also know the answers, honest enough to tell you if you are in denial and not himself addicted to the same things and in denial! Of course that would be the worst case senario but I'd rather have my bases covered! Here they are:

Do you need more than you use to need?
Do you think about it at times you would normally not, like when doing something else?
Do you continue to use despite knowing impact of your habit. Do feel uneasy or do you have any additional symptoms such as Nausea, Anxiety, Trembling, Sweating, Insomnia when going without?

Think about it, really think about it now, answering yes to even one can mean a lot!

How can Hypnosis help?
Hypnosis works by helping you control emotional and physical cravings while starting to change the behavior. It allows you to reach your goals and "lock" the new habit into place. It could be to have a better relationship with food, stop repetitive behaviors like nail biting or hair pulling, or perhaps problems with substance abuse like drugs, cigarettes and alcohol. The thing of the matter is that what you need is to want, hard enough to fight the addiction without having to fight you on top of it!
we help you we don't make you do anything with hypnosis as this is not where the power of hypnosis rests but rather it increases what is already there. You have to be honest about wanting. We can help you enjoy freedom from addictive behaviors through one one one sessions or download enable mp3 sessions to start the process from home

Thank you ever so much for your nice words Aletta! However the keyword stuffing within a link to an other site is not allowed in the Comments and as such I have to strip them out and erase the original post as keyword stuffing hurts the site that it is on, (mine in this case) So here is the comment without the bad stuff:

"Thank you for such a informative and interesting blog about the Hypnosis. Hypnosis became an god solution for most of the problems. When I have suffered because of more stress and Anxiety...(Keyword stuffing and link removed)...good and effective solution by the Hypnotherapy and NPL techniques and even more Hypnosis programs. Now I am able to be normal and more active."

Thanks again for the nice words about my blog!

Thank you ever so much for your nice words Annie! However the link to an other site is not allowed in the Comments and as such I have to strip them out and erase the original post. Please understand that putting a link to an other site is basically taking bread from my table to put it on someone elses table thanks to my own site.
Here is the comment without the link.

Annie has left a new comment on your post "Addictive behaviors":

My son also had this same behavior. Now he is completely out of this behavior with the help of Hypnosis treatment.
